This policy explains what AIGP Drill (the "App"), run by Dave Brown (Built.By.Dave, www.davejbrown.com), collects and how it's used. Using the App means you accept this policy and the Terms.

What I collect

• A random account ID created automatically when you open the App, so your progress can be saved.
• Study data: answers, scores, XP, streaks, badges, and settings.
• Sign-in details if you sign in with Google or Apple: typically your name, email address, and an account ID from that provider.
• Feedback you choose to send, and the page you sent it from.
• Technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, and logs, collected by the hosting and sign-in services.

How it's used

To run the App, save your progress, improve it, fix problems, prevent abuse, and comply with law. I don't sell your personal information and I don't use it for advertising.

Who processes it

Data is stored and processed by the service providers that run the App, including the hosting and database provider, Google and Apple (sign-in), and ElevenLabs (read-aloud audio, which receives only question text, not your personal data). These providers may process data in the United States or elsewhere. I may also disclose data if required by law, to protect my rights, or in connection with transferring the App.

How long it's kept

For as long as I run the App, or until you ask me to delete it. I can delete any data at any time, and I don't guarantee backups.

Security

I use reasonable measures, but no system is perfectly secure and I can't guarantee your data won't be accessed, lost, or changed. Use the App at your own risk.

Your choices and rights

You can stop using the App at any time. To ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, use the Send feedback button with your request. Depending on where you live you may have additional legal rights; I'll honor those that legally apply to a small, free, non-commercial project like this one.

Children

The App is not meant for anyone under 16. Don't use it if you're under 16.

Changes

I can update this policy at any time by posting it here. Continuing to use the App means you accept the update.
